Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and cancellation policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. This policy applies to all online courses, training packages, and blended learning programs.

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed more than 20% of the course content. If you have completed a significant portion of the course, a refund will not be possible. Refunds will be issued only under specific conditions, as outlined below.



Refund Eligibility Criteria

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • You must not have accessed more than 20% of the course content.

  • Refunds are only granted if there is a technical issue that prevents access to the course and our support team is unable to resolve it.

  • Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction with course content unless the course was misrepresented in its description.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Downloadable course materials (once accessed or downloaded)

  • Completed or partially completed courses beyond the 20% threshold

  • Subscription-based services after the billing cycle has started

  • One-on-one tutoring sessions that have already been scheduled and attended

  • Courses purchased at a discounted price or as part of a promotional offer



Refund Request Process

  1. Submit a refund request via email to reservations@b-arabic.com, including the order number and reason for the request.

  2. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days.

  3. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

  4. If rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation of the decision.



Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. Processing times may vary.

  4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at reservations@b-arabic.com.



Course Exchanges

  • If you find that the course you purchased is not suitable, we may allow an exchange for another course of equal value within the first 7 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges will not be granted if more than 20% of the original course content has been accessed.

  • To request an exchange, email us at reservations@b-arabic.com with details of your original purchase and the course you wish to exchange it for.



Cancellations

  • For live training sessions, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for rescheduling.

  • Failure to cancel within this period may result in the session being marked as attended with no refund or rescheduling option available.

  • Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be provided for partial usage of a billing cycle.



Technical Issues and Support

  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your course, please contact our support team immediately at reservations@b-arabic.com.

  • If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a refund or course extension.
